On January 6, 2016, the Palma Sola Trace Condominium Association, Inc. Board of Directors approved the installation of independent retractable BROWN garage screens with inside tracks.  Due to the animals in our area, the screens are permitted in daylight hours only. Prior to installation the owner must apply to the DRC for approval.
