LANAI REGULATIONS
Lanai Screens are great for protecting us against insects. They need very little maintenance. They are not however security screens and can be cut, chewed or fallen through if enough pressure is made. Damages to lanai screens are the homeowners responsibility.

ALTERATIONS: It is very important that all residents complete an alteration form for any improvements or changes to the lanai, such as blinds, tile floors, shutters. First, contact a PST Condo Board member who can walk you through the paperwork. A second form must be presented to the Master Association DRC.
