Who can you call to dispose of furniture?
DO NOT LEAVE FURNITURE AT THE DUMPSTER. Call the City of Bradenton Water & Sewer Dept at 941-708-6340.  They will pick up at your driveway. Please leave a note on the item when placed outside on your driveway, so residents know this is being processed. There is a small fee associated with removal. You may also try calling Habitat for Humanity or Salvation Army for free pick up.
Where can I dispose of large pieces of cardboard?
Please take large pieces of cardboard to G. T. BRAY PARK on 59th Street. For more details, call 941-742-5923.
What is the code to the south pedestrian gate?
Please contact our Management company for up to date codes of both gates.
How long can a vehicle be parked in the guest/resident parking pads?
A vehicle can be parked in the guest/resident pads for a MAXIMUM 72 HOURS
Can I cover and store my vehicle in my driveway?
NO.  The Master Association section 15.2 of the Covenants and By-Laws state a venicle CANNOT be covered and stored in a driveway longer than 24 hours.
Why are vehicles towed in Palma Sola Trace Condominiums?
Vehicles can be towed for a multitude of reasons.  Parking on grass where sprinkler heads are, blocking driveways or fire lane, blocking sidewalks, not registered etc.

Who is responsible for payment of my cable bill?
   "Spectrum" (formerly Brighthouse) provides basic cable and one box through the Master Association fees.  Should you require internet or more boxes, contact Spectrum for additional fees.
Does Palma Sola Trace have a condominium association?
YES. The Condo HOA is responsible for the exterior of the common buildings, common condo areas/limited condo areas.  Services contracted by this Association include landscaping, trash compactor, pest control and building maintenance.  Requirements for the operation and management of condominium communities are found in Florida Statute 718.
Does Palma Sola Trace have a master association (HOA)?
The Master HOA is responsible for the common area shared by residents of Palma Sola Trace.  This HOA is responsible for areas including the clubhouse, pool, perimeter fencing and entrance landscaping.  The Master HOA has bylaws and a Declaration that supersedes the Condo HOA documents.
 
What is the CDD? 
The CDD (Community Development District) for Palma Sola Trace is a local government framework authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statute for managing and financing infrastructure.  Our CDD is responsible for areas including ponds, lighting and emergency gates.
 
Our streets are owned and maintained by the city of Bradenton and not owned by PSTC.
Issues involving road surfaces, sewer, water should be referred to the City of Bradenton, Public Works and Utilities Department.
What is the DRC?
The Design Review Committee falls under the Master Association.
