News from latest Board of Directors Meeting
It is always a pleasure to see new faces at our Board of Directors meetings and have your input on how things are done. Residents are always welcome. Future Meetings held at clubhouse on 4th Monday at 6PM.
The BOD has approved removal of grasses at BACK FLOW meter areas and potentially replacing more ground cover between driveways in front of buildings. COME to the meeting and get active in your own community.
Residents are encouraged to sign up for Code Red, a program which notifies you of pending emergency situations. The Seabreeze school on 71st street, which is pet friendly, is our closest emergency evacuation site.
Word is out that Opticaltel will be working in the area soon, erecting a small building in our area to initiate the installation of cable/wifi which will go into effect, hopefully, with the new year or sooner in some areas.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Our Association needs your help. Please consider joining one of our many committees. These people are working hard at improving our community. Currently many of our committees could use help. New members are always welcome on any of our committees. If you have any interest in learning more about our committees, please contact a board or committee member or speak up at one of our condo meetings. Your help is greatly appreciated. Snowbirds welcome.
Dryer Vents: Please remember to have dryer vents cleaned periodically.
UNIT NUMBERS: A recent request was made by a homeownerwas to post a list of house numbers with matching unit numbers.
Important Recall for fire/CO2 detectors:
As a reminder, per Florida Statues every condo owner is required to provide management with a key to their unit. To those homeowners who have, we thank you. If changing locks the original colors MUST be used.


OUR STREETS: Any resident who would like to share their views with the City of Bradenton regarding the conditions of our streets, please contact their website.
PETS: As a friendly reminder and in the interest of being a good neighbor, homeowners are repeatedly reminded to pick up after pets immediately. And, Please do not leave access to the lanai for your pets when you are not home.
