Installation of Hurricane Shutters unless other permanent protection is in place

Electrical Feeds or Fixtures

Screen Enclosures

Screens over Doors and/or Windows

Cleaning of Dryer Vents on Roof or side of Buildings

Water Inlet on/off control outside building

Window Treatments in approved color on all exterior windows of building

Changing batteries in smoke detectors and annual testing

Changing batteries in garage door openers

MUST Report ANY design changes with Design Review Committee
