RULES REGARDING PETS

Picking up pet waste continues to be a PET PEEVE in our community. Not only is this an unsightly annoyance to your neighbors, those droppings can contribute to diseases which can be passed on to humans and pets.  When an infected dog leaves a deposit the eggs can linger in the soil.  Dog feces are one of the most common carriers of roundworm, hookworm, whipworm, heartworm, tapeworm, parvo, giardia, salmonella. It is also commonly eaten by palm rats and is known to be one of their food sources. PLEASE pick up your pets waste immediately!  Don't force your neighbors to pick it up for you.
