Residents are reminded not to remove or plant their own vegetation in our community.  Fines will be imposed and the homeowners will have to pay for removal and replacement.  Want to get involved, join the landscape committee.

Please take the time to inspect your buildings and report any off findings to Melrose, using the work order forms link found under contacts/Melrose.  This month we highlight our FIRE EXTINGUISHERS at the front entrance to our units. Take a look, make sure the glass is intact, the tank is full and the hammer is present.

New Cable/Internet/Phone provider (OPTICALTEL) is expected to begin installations in the Condo area soon with a projected connection early 2019. A shed will be constructed near building 13 to house equipment.
