The CDD is a local government framework  authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statute for managing and financing infrastructure.  The CDD is responsible for areas including ponds, lighting, and emergency gates.

Our streets are owned and maintained by the City of Bradenton and not owned by PSTC.  

Issues involving road surfaces, sewer, water should be referred to the City of Bradenton, Public Works and Utilities Department.
