Rental of Units:  The following Rules and Regulations supplement those contained in the Declaration of PSTC (herein known as Palma Sola Trace Condominiums) and in the Bylaws of PSTC Association that are recorded with the Declaration. They are applicable to all occupants of Units as well as to Unit Owners. These terms are defined in the Declaration of PSTC as recorded in the Official Record Book 2185, Page 736 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended subsequent to its initial recording. All owners must send a copy of their lease to our property manager care of Melrose Management.

Rentals may not be for less than 90 days. Unit owners will be served a violation warning once and then fined.
