Committees
Our Board has appointed several committees to attend to matters of specific importance concerning our Condo Association. If you are interested in learning more about a particular committee or in joining a committee, please feel free to contact a Board Member. We have outlined a brief summary of the tasks of each committee. The Board prefers not to publish committee members or chairpersons on the website.
Volunteers are vital to our community and we encourage your participation.
If you have ANY desire to help out in our community please contact a member of the Board.
COVENANTS COMMITTEE:
The primary responsibility of the Covenants Committee is to advise and assist the Board of Directors in monitoring and enforcing compliance by owners and residents with the provisions of the Condominium instruments and the Book of Resolutions. This committee is so important that it is often the only committee required in an association's governing documents.
BUILDING and GROUNDS COMMITTEE:
Committee meets once a month checking over buildings and reporting items in disrepair to Melrose Management for consideration.
WEBSITE COMMITTEE:
Committee meets as needed to update website. (pstcondos.com)
LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE:
Committee meets once a month and inspects grounds and addresses complaints of tenants and submits to Melrose Management for consideration.
STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE:
Analyze and review the annual budget on an ongoing basis as needed.
