Any and All alterations or improvements to the Units, the Lanai, or Garages, by Owners need to be reviewed by the Palma Sola Trace Board of Directors as stated in the Declaration of Palma Sola Trace Condominiums Section 9. Please complete the condo alteration form through below link.
Palma Sola Trace Condominium Association Inc. Board requirements needed by condominium owners and contractors necessary for installation of impact windows or shutters approval are available.
Flag poles may be mounted on the buildings. First, residents need to fill out the DRC Alteration Form and present to the Palma Sola Trace Condominium Association BOD using the specifications found here. Once approved by the BOD, please submit the form to the DRC for final approval.
Solar Shades need approval from the Palma Sola Trace Condominium first, then final approval from the DRC. Use the Condo Alteration Form and the Master DRC Form.
On January 6, 2016 the PST Board of Directors voted to approve the installation of independent retractable brown garage screens with inside tracks to be used in daylight hours only. Owners still need to apply to the DRC for permission prior to installation.
