Air Conditioning Units Need Maintenance:  Owners are responsible for their own heating and cooling systems. It is important to  have preventive maintenance on your units regularly. Should the need arise for the unit to be replaced, that is also your responsibility. You may use the vendor of your choice. Units should have plenty of ventilation. If you notice that plantings or sprinkler heads are getting too close to your unit, please notify Melrose Management.
